Thanatos, Reseph, Ares and Limos are the famed Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse and the fate of the world rests with them. Each Horseman has a seal and, should their seal break, they will turn darkside and bring about the end of days.  All it takes for Armageddon to begin is for two of them to fall.  Ares is doing his best to stay one step ahead of the game and that means trying to track the angel who holds his seal before Pestilence gets there first.  When the angel transfers the seal to the very human Cara Thornhart - talk about 'wrong place, wrong time' - Ares finds himself in a race against time to save Cara, save himself, and save the world. What’s a Horsemen to do?

Just when you think paranormal romance authors have covered everything that they can possibly write about in this particular subgenre, someone changes it up, which is exactly what Ione has done with the 'Lords of deliverance' series.  In a brand new story featuring the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (one of whom is a female), Ione has introduced a new twist on biblical characters who herald the end of the world as we know it.  And how cool is it that one of the Horsemen is a woman?  This is a very fast-paced, modern action novel with a good deal of suspense and curse words. Can't wait for the next one!
